Nice game Italy vs. Romania... I hope Romania continues to the next round with team Orange. Italy is good team but they play pretty boring football.

How can you say that? Today's game was excellent. We just missed too many goals. Romania showed really nothing out of two games. They played catenaccio against France and Italy.
Netherlands was just excellent in first two games. I guess they showed a great ability to counter-attack.
But yeah, I think that Romania will pass through first round, because they will have more motivation than Netherlands in last game.

It's wide open! Romania need to win, I just don't think they can, no matter what lineup or mentality Netherlands use. I'm guessing the game between Italy and France will decide who passes.

And Etmil, now you're able to say that.

Fantastic but Coupet should have done better on 2 of the goals.

Woo, what a match again! Way more tension than against Italy, France were dominating most of the first half. Fantastic goal by Robben, but I liked Sneijder's shot even better.

Also, I agree with Mouse. I just don't think we'll "let" Romania win; there's no extra benefit for us if Romania passes instead of Italy or France, and moreover, the Dutch fans would be really disappointed if we lost.

Holland looks really good at this point. See if they can keep it up the whole tournament or if the usual story repeats itself when cup play begin.

Sweden tonight vs Spain. Hope our midfield is better than our last game of we will lose against a very tough Spain.

oh well...
germany kinda sucks at the moment, so odds to win vs portugal are around 40 to 55 percent (?)...
Netherlands rocks, so i hope they'll win the championship...or at least make it to the final ;P
They already played great with seedorf, davids and kluivert back then in the world cup ...2002 (?) - too bad they didnt come so far there..

Those "noobs" Russians outplayed Netherlands the whole match, their only fault was bad defense in set plays. Luck was not a factor in that match.

Russia deserve to pass after that phenomenal match. Arshavin kicked ass.

We were just totally outplayed by the Russkies, they created like 20 good scoring opportunities, while we were only dangerous from long shots and set pieces. Also most of the Dutchie players were just standing still whilst in possession, so we really didn't deserve to win.
