My keyboard always gives me a hard time but today it was REALLY brutal. I got thrown off of the track and went so far away from it so many times that I couldn't manage to keep going. So frustrating. I did a decent qualy though.

Hmm Good game,

My worst race yet to date. Iam just not good at tracks with all those sharp corners. First mistake i make is in pit during the calcing i calc i have to leave pit with 40% fuel... when i look back to screen i see i already have 45% tanked in...

Because of to much fuel i coudnt hold Etmil behind me and in the final lap i get him back but then i crashed which cost me one more place isntead of gaining one.

This time everything worked well and rather quickly. Mister Pom has been warned though, because he talked during the race and he quit.
Now to my comments..

Practice
Today I had no problems finding the right speed and constancy. In the second session I forgot to use high fuel to test the car for qualifications.

Qualifications
I started with higher amount of fuel in order to drive 8 laps and push for the pole more than in other races. I guess this was a mistake, because more laps meant less pressure and focus during each lap, which resulted in a worse performance. Luckily Tijny went on 2-pit strategy and Mike didn't beat my quali lap.

Race
The first laps were really fun: Tijny had some troubles finding the right pace, so we started a very nice battle. After some laps I started to make small mistakes and Tijny used his low fuel to run away. Next to his pit I started to drive quickly, but I had a big mistake right when he entered the pitlane: big crash on the main straight that put me some pressure for next laps. Thanks to that, I started to make mistakes again and I finished screwing up badly when I entered pitlane: too much speed, grass excursion and few seconds lost. And that wasn't enough. I started refueling without any clue of how much fuel I needed. I started making some calculations but my brain worked slower than the time it took to refill. At 45% I finally realized that 55% should've been the correct amount, but at the end it almost costed me the victory (5% too much).
In the first part of the second stint I tried to stay calm and drive constantly, keeping an eye on Tijny's car position every lap, to check if I was losing time (I don't like to have the full list of statistics displayed). And apparently I was losing a lot of time. The bad thing is that I had no idea of where he would've been after his last pit. In a way I hoped to be in front of him, but I actually expected to be behind him by few seconds. He was indeed in front of me, but he didn't have more than 1 second advantage. That was a good mental push for me, because I was still so close to him after driving so unconstantly in overall. I started to put some pressure on him, driving very very close but yet trying not to destroy either mine or his race. After a hard battle he finally opened a small spot and I took the first position. I expected to run away, but I was kind of exhausted so he remained rather close to me. In the very last laps we had troubles with majstorfantac and some other lapped cars, and that kind of helped me to take home the third victory!

edit: I remembered a longer battle in the last stint, but it didn't take more than few curves.. but absolutely amazing last stint by both me and Tijny. We drove so many quick laps in a row.. 11 laps with gap smaller than 1 second.. congrats T!

no lag today

good i was empty in began but shyguy mistakes lags whatever made me lost many time in began..

shyguy see his first laps.. majors mistakes etc.

still i am not competive, my fingers began hurting me 30 laps..

when i saw tinjy and dede closed uhahua near end my fingers was f*** hurting and i was out of the race and i dont made they less time

i think was very good in fair player..

dede seems unstopped, tinjy was good today. janne always in top 3 and mike nike always 4 3

is really hard for me, i cant win nobody..

and today was with no lag..

i cant be concentrate for many laps;;

congrats to all.

i think this was the most fair player race i made..

sometime i almost stopped to be lapped..

i am dissapointed of my performance

and i dont see any progress

my fingers am so hurting after some time. that i almost dont fell it

track was good

well shyguys erros killed my race.. lol

in began he made like 5 errors one he stoped in the gras chicane and i hit hm..

nice dede and tinjy fight i am wathing

We definitely saw that when I came from behind and you blocked me for like half a lap. Same story with Pingu and others who were chasing me, I think. Quite fair indeed!

Nice story's... btw anyway had troubles with majstor? Etmil and Pato (and me then) must know about this.... For me it gave a bit of advantage because i could take him over rather fast but we all crashed thnx to him lol. We were lapping him but he didnt gave us way since he was very low fuel.

Btw this is not a official complaint

He wasn't reirom who was blocking us. He was majstor. And he also blocked me on my second stint, so had I had to push him away. Over all he was blocking me about 4 laps in a race when lapping him. He should get a warning about blocking.

Well excuse me if I was wrong, but as you so wonderfully pointed out, you two had very similar car colours. It's easy to mistake one for the other. I haven't checked the replay or anything, so let's calm down and continue driving happily ever after

Anyway, race was good. I was 11th in the qualification with the expected/calculated amount of fuel I needed, everything was working great. I didn't really know how many positions I could gain, so I just raced. Start went smoothly, overtook some cars. Then no pitstop blunder for me like last time, managed to drive the 1st stint without too many errors. Although, similar to the last GP I had trouble of keeping my pace on low fuel, seemed like I was losing time quite a bit. After the pitstop, 2nd stint I got into a really good rhythm and could catch some drivers, overtook Pingu and had a little interesting cat-and-mouse with him. Finally got past and held on to 6th position, which was, I presume the best I could do that day. In front of me were all the top drivers dede, Tijny, Janne, Mike Nike and Badeend so I couldn't really have done any better I think, although Badeend was 7 seconds away from me in the end. I'm not sure if I could've caught him, probably not, but I never really thought about it, just concentrated on my race and drove as steadily and as fast as I could, trying not to make any mistakes yet be constantly quick. Happy with 6th and hope to repeat this result in coming races!

PS. Organizers of this cup, expect a new track from me for this league in a week or two

Btw, first time we finally had the race on time and everything went quick! I liked that:lol:
Unfortunantly this time it payed off badly for my team mate shyguy though lol.

And whats up with my qualifies? Always 14-17 place ?

Worst race ever. It was very hard track for a newbie, so many tricky corners... I were too slow (lost about 2secs in each lap) and made way too many misstakes, including crash with tjiny (srry), he lost about 2-3seconds in that...

congrats tinjy i knew you was to win

patetic lag killed my race in began i was near many cars and go to the tree

lost like 20 s

and more warps during the track i dunno why this lag?

with this lag i cant compete with anyone.. and i could made some errors and prejudic others cars. still i want to see my fast lap i think was not the worst..

popo is a f*** joke guy cant passed me lagged i dont open for slow drivers

if you are i fast passed me..

i open easy to dede tinjy buy for a 15 place?

gimme a brake..

show you are more fast and passed..

well another disaster race due to lags..

I'm not going officially complain about anything, so consider this just as a normal post.

I think popowich was pissed off because of Reirom and that translated into blocking me a lot. There was a line of players wanting to pass him and he was really slow. I don't know if due to gas or what, but he was blocking a lot. Eventually we all managed to pass him but that might have cost us chance to get near the top players.

Badeend, I hope I wasn't too aggressive or anything. I tried to pass in a clean way. When someone plays against a good player like you sometimes it's really hard.

I will have nighmares with the crash that cost my 8th place to Lux. I managed to avoid being passed by Matic but that could have happened.

I'm finally okay with the keyboard. I want to be like 5th the next time, if possible.

popo was around 10th position when you blocked him. That helped me but I was enjoying the battle with popo.

This is my best result in the league, but i did the worst mistake ever.
I was looking at reirom (why did i do that...

) because he seemed to crash badeend and i missed the pit entry. So... i had to do a couple of corners without fuel and maybe i lost a possible 6th/7th position.

I hope badeend will design others track for this league. My speed seems better with his tracks.

Practice
Forgot to set the startfuel at Practice 1, so I basically lost 1 session. Second session went quite alright. I set my goal for Qualify to high 42.xxx.

Qualify
I started with 60% startfuel, and after 4 laps I decided to stop driving already because I reached my goal.

Race
After a good first lap, it took some laps to find a good speed. Probably that costed me the victory, together with the two mistakes and the 5% extra fuel. The first stint was very good, anyway, since I managed to stay rather close to Tijny. Next to my pit I started to drive not so fast anymore, so I felt that Tijny managed to keep the distance. After my pit Tijny seemed way too far, so I tried to go as quick as possible and I hoped to be close enough after his second pit. Unluckily I did another mistake right when he was exiting the pits, so I was 1 second behind. In last laps I tried so fkin hard to get him, but he seemed to be slightly quicker than me. Very impressive race by him, but I wouldn't be surprised if a two stops tactic was faster in this track.

nope! i was in the same corner with him when i crashed! no touching!
my mistake! lux was the last one who passed me after i got back on track!
