Weekly Wank #6 Results
In the last default cars' Weekly Wank of the summer we got three different winners and two new world records.
With Speeder Tijny confirmed to be the fastest player, setting a 18.497 (the world record remained unbeaten - 18.445). Second place for dede (18.562), third for Janne (18.578). Other players in Top10: siLciR, Matti, Alex, iBlaze², Pablinho ; 1992, Whiplash and lux.
With AntiSlider three players went under the record (20.759): Janne was the fastest (20.695), followed by dede (20.730) and Lirarn (20.745). Four other players hit the 20.7: Whiplash, siLciR, Tijny and Alex.
With EasySlider a new world record was set by dede (20.206). Tijny obtained the second place with 20.268, Janne finished third with 20.289. Fourth place for siLciR, fifth for Picolo, sixth for Whiplash.

Next weekly wank will come shortly..

Nice! New car on the formula 1 server...

One pitty though,... the car shakes for me on the straights

:S :S Which is really annoying during play

Edit: dang this sux... is there any way for me to fix this?

Apparently more people are having this problem (all works fine for me though), and we're trying to resolve it ASAP.

Would be very nice, if you need to know any settings my turboslidres is on just ask

But i think it has something to do with the graphics of the car or something?

Apparently TS doesn't really support rotimages of any other size than 2048x32. But it's still weird that it worked correctly for some.

yeah i had no problems too with first one! but good that is fixed because now i really like that car! when i was driving it for the first couple of races it was like mmmhhhh, because the difference am patetic! now all my doubts are gone!

I had no shaking problems with the first F1beta2.
Today I downoaded the "fixed" one and it seems affected by Parkinson's disease.
Not in the straight. Everywhere. Impossible to play more than 1 lap, I get sick.

I've never seen problems due to the car design.
Why, now, are there these problems?

? Since the image file has been changed right. If you have a vertical stripe like janne and others etc. It's alot smaller though xD. Let the weekly wank start

I love the new car, when I first drove it on its own I was a little sceptical, but in a racing situation it is brilliant. Great fun to race against others in easy to park the car where you want compared to another in and out of a corner making for fun clean racing.. and it looks great too, miles better than the previous one in my book.. so a big thumbs up from me
