laps

Hello

I have a question concerning lap settings
If i wanna start a server usual lap number is 6 - 10
but when i drive alone i drive 50 - 100 laps
and if i want to change laps from 10 to 100
in the menu i have to press the button 90 times to climb
up to hundred. Cuz this takes a lot of time and it s pretty frustrating
i rather start a server. type /laps 100 and shut it down.
Is there another way of changing lap numbers faster?
Because i think if u train it would be good to change laps
faster withouht needing to start a server

If you hold shift or ctrl (or both) when using left/right arrow, the value changes faster. That should probably be documented better somewhere..

i didn't know that
I also didn't know that if u hit space when racing
the picture enlarges and i think that maybe i still
don't know a lot of stuff so i guess it should be better documented

That space thing was actually a new feature in 1.0.5 so it has not been there long. But actually, the game manual contains most of these things but I know that not many will ever read it

i have a question Ande, mabye for the next version of TS, can there be more laps per race? there can only be 250 now and for my endurance league, i would like to have 300.

PS Ande i never saw you playing TS, when do you play, i would like to play with the TS creator

I understand the need but there are a couple of technical issues which make it a bit hard to increase the number at this point. There had to be a limit somewhere and it is hard to increase it afterwards. One bad solution would be to make an endurance track where one lap means actually driving two laps

. That would probably be a bad idea, though, since it might be quite confusing.

I don't have any specific times, the best term would be "occasionally". Perhaps you have just been lucky/unlucky

. Unfortunately, I often have to spend time testing new features alone in local games.
