Rookie race should be easy to win for you. So, no worries. We have too many good players, so no one should feel a shame. Also, some average players trained really hard for their great times. rec was 39.604, tijny left the server and next race in lap 4 i did the 39.535..with no perfect first curve, curve 2 until the middle of the track very good, then the middle left right part not optimal, the next 180 turn not optimal, the tricky slow part (4th, 3rd and 2nd last steering part) not perfect acceleration out of the sector but still relative good, last curve was worst - i had about 2 car length space between right side of road after accelerating...short: it felt like i messed up a middle or high 39.4 in last curve and a low 39.4 or high 39.3 might be reachable at least

key points are definately the 2nd curve (semi sand cut) and the 2nd last curve-section where you might safe about +-0.3sec by sliding
my fastest lap without sliding was a 39.90 with only 1 or 2 little beauty mistakes

Hmm ok, any tips for the 2nd corner and those 2 tight corners after it? middle or full sand cut, not sure - main thing is of course to not come into the need to steer too far left in order to take the 3rd curve
im bettering the timing by using a special breaking-point, not sure, if it is a fence (last one on grass) or something similar..
i dont have breaking points for every curve though, curve 1 is something like middle line of 2 fences or something, in best case driving so far left that you are only with 2 tyres on the road without slowdown
but i dont have a breakingpoint for the late 180 turn, similar to last curve
the middle sector, left right chicane, before the 180...:
in my best laps, i think, i dont come too far outside at right side of the road, maybe 40-65% from left side...
not sure how important it is there to accelerate out very fast (because it feels like wasting a lot of time to drive the steer-left-part so slow in order to come out fast when it comes to the steer-right-part)
the sliding-sector - cant say much about it - it costs time if you dont slide, but it costs more time if you drive over sand and totally mess up^^ - for the race it might be worth a little study of your frequency % you make it through the curve with sliding, not sliding, messing up through sand etc
main thing might be to find the right timing and length of breaking while sliding (at the end of the slide) in order to get grip again and accelerate through the chicane with no slide on the coming curbs - i still cant control that so well either though
