F1 League 2012?

Hi totes.

Just wondering whether this will ever happen? Could we start planning or anything? Cause if we do plan any changes, I think we should start testing and looking into things, better sooner than later

And also a question about tracks, I've got like 4 unreleased brand new ones here.. should I make more and go all crazy or I don't know.
So yeah, tell me what's going on?

well i didnt got 1 track ready who would fit for a TSF1L, so make as much as you can!

actually 1 shape wich i think is not bad!

SL modding group has already finished first circuit for F1 League, so we would be very proud if we hosted Grand Prix of Poland in Chrzaszcznieboszyce!

Elo! I've been on holiday in Turkey&Greece for two weeks, now I am back.. Yes, this will happen again, but not too soon. I expect to start this league in late September, maybe October. Not sure if we have time to make big changes such as moving to a mod (or unlock 4000x4000 tracks in normal TS - new release by Ande needed), so probably there might be only minor changes. I liked last cup format, but we will see.

About tracks, I got NO unreleased ones made by me. I plan to make at least one, so other 8-11 needed for the competition! (12 races??)

More news will come within a couple of weeks.

Let's convince Ande to make new release. With few clicks he could make v2.0.1 allowing 4000x4000

We discussed some months ago about this. It's not that impossible to make it, but most probably it would break the compatibility with current version (update of all servers needed).

That can't be a big problem. All that is needed is making copy of track folder. That's not an hard update and it's easy to inform all people about it (there are only 2-3 of them who play the game these days

).
Convincing Ande to make 4000x4000 would probably result with few more other features that I'm looking forward to (like more statistics or something)

But we all now what will going to be happen. Speaking about new release is like speaking about end of the world - it just never comes ... cause God is too busy to do that shit.

Anyway, I'd also like someone to become my very own personal scenery creator. The way it'd work would be that I create the track shape and then prepare all the files so that the scenery creator could just open up the Editor and start building the terrains, houses etc. I would also add a new custom tileset with more interesting houses and stuff. Anyone up for it? Right now I've got 1 track in the making that will soon reach the stage where it wants some scenery around it.
