Turbo Sliders does not work under another Windows7 account

Installed TSlider in my (admin) Win7 account. Created desktop shortcut to other users (non-admin) on this computer.

Switched users, double click on shortcut. Does not work. Nothing happens, program does not start. Tried to set compatibility mode to everything, none worked. Tried running as administrator (even setting it to run with admin in shortcut properties), did not work.

Any ideas?

Why this never happened to reirom? Hehe..

There should be error logs in your TS folder (I don't remember name of files - output.txt or similar - sort those file by last edit, it should be easy). My guess would be that video mode set by default isn't supported. Switch it to some other setting in sliders.ini (graphic driver).
Unluckily I'm unable to give more precise help as I'm not at pc, search in other similar topics though, it has been explained already.

If you have TS on another PC that works, try to copy sliders.exe, sliders.ini from it to the new installation folder.

Or, open sliders.ini file with wordpad or notpad and change these lines to be like:
OpenGL 0
DirectX 1
