Does anyone know whether turbosliders can be played using a steering wheel? :?

I think it can. I use an XBOX360 controller for TS and it works great. It seems like it would be really hard to use a wheel for Ts though, when you need such fast reactions.

It is possible to connect any kind of a controller to any computer with certain adapters. I personally have witnessed a PlayStation controller hooked up to a computer.

In theory you don't even need an adapter and can do it manually, but that is very messy.

EDIT: for example like this http://www.ferrago.com/story/2699

As far as I know TS doesn't support wheel, paddle or analogue sticks, only buttons. Something about fairness I think. I can't find the post where I remember reading about it though.

I use the analog stick on my controller. Does not give an unfair advantage, if i lay the stick just a little, the car turns the same speed as if i lay the stick all the way. Takes geting used to but better than using laptop keys.

Yeah, that's what I meant. You can use wheel etc but it still works like buttons... on/off
