When you make the corner walls, make them at 45 degrees.
Edit -> Transform -> Rotate
As for the deformed wall, it is very easy to do, just a few minutes with the ink drop and pen tool (block mode).

Actually, just make a half of it and then copy/paste the other part and rotate/whatever it do the right position.

It is going to be very hard to fix that now. It is best you just delete the image and fix the pattern. Then you can make a new image. Really, it only takes a few minutes to re create that image from a new pattern, just some simple PS tools and filters.
In PS, when you are rotating the corners, do this:
- Make the corner wall straight up and down, then you can rotate to 45 degrees, and can be sure it is correct.
- You can see a little angle icon where you can simply type "45" to get the angle, or you can just rotate manually untill it changes to 45 itself. Icole looks a little like this "<"

keis has been helping by producing the image of the track. Also BluT has been helping too with tiles and some other things.
