Hello to all Turbosliders Teams!!
We are soon going to start the biggest event ever existed in ts: an annual team cup with all the best teams around.
Registrations will end at the end of current month (february) and we will be ready to play in first week of March.
Big teams are allowed to have more team (es Ippon1 Ippon2 etc) BUT they can't switch players during the cup between teams.

General rules of the cup

The team cup will be played with monthly tournaments.
Each months there will be a new type of tournament and it will be played in 1vs1 team challenges.
All teams have to fight all the other teams once for month.
Sometimes will be held also some collective monthly challenges.
Monthly challenges will be held at 1 sunday 19:00 CET

Each team must have at least 2 members.
There is no any max players limit.
Each 1team vs 1team cup will be played by 2 players for each team.
Players can be changed between each cups (to let everyone join) or they can play all cups with same players (if you fell strong...)

What type of tournament will be played???

Every team will choose an own type of tournament and it will be played for 1 month (just choose the one your team is better
in).

Race details (it must be very detailed with tracks lap ghost point sistem etc)

After registration you will recieve a confirmation mail if we have accepted your team and race.

We also decided to create a Cup Counsil who will help Cup Organisation to take is decisions.
The council will be composed of 1 member of each signed team !!! (please send us also who will be in that counsil
in registration sheets).

A site site is under construction and soon ready!!!
Cup organisation will be revealed during next days (if you want to be part of it mail us at teamcuporganisation@gmail.com)

Let's do update number 2

Each team must have at least 2 members.

Before joining the cup I'd like to know:

- will there be a general total ranking consisting of every cup played?
- will we play only racing or also punaball, xbowl, etc? and in this case, will we put everything together in a general ranking?

Oh come on, this is the same thing as making a "fake" team only to join the cup. Real teams, real members.

Off course there will be a rank!!!
All type of tournaments are allowed and rank will include all of them

Ranking sistem will be decided in next days according also to council votes!!

@Dragonstar
REAL team = Team who are active in ts before 1st march 2007.
Fake teams are not allowed, if we discover them we will kick them from the cup

@Olio
Players who are going to join now a team can play team cup.
They can NOT play team cup if they are going to join the team just for the team cup

UPDATE 4: (READ IT CAREFULLY BURN)

Every team must choose a own cup which will be played for 1 month.
How this cup must be:
- long NOT more than 30 minutes
- Playable in 2vs2 macthes
- Server locatations will be decided in the future IF not european team will join (like v8) which i would appreciate a lot!!!
- Rules of cup must be very detailed!!!!

If something has to be correct Team Organisation will contact you and we will fix problems!!

12:00 (noon) on saturday 18:00 CET

20 matches a night.

A match will be held every saturday for a month.

then you just have to give us cup details (track lap cars ETC)
Time and date will be decided with your opponents and not by you

I assume since it is all 2v2, we will play with a punaball type schedule for all competitions.

Try to reinstall your tool, because probably it's not working properly. I already see some double nick. Take a look here, for example:

And I've another question. From the website I read that

Cup Counsil who will help Cup Organisation to take is decisions

. What does this mean? If it has to be decided something through a vote, how will they vote? Let's suppose this:

CO is composed by: O1, O2
CC is composed by: P1, P2, P3, P4, P5

Who will vote? CO or CC? Or both? And what happens is a Cup Organizer is also on CC under a different nickname? Will his vote count 1 or 2?
And again, who signed up IpponÂ² for the cup?

Why the hell not?

Each team has their specialties... it would not be fair to teams if some cups can give more points than others. Besides, all teams play all cups = all teams can gain the same amount of points.

dede, no offense, but why do you always try to find other peoples mistakes, we can deal with our problems BY OURSELVES, please leave us alone, this cup will be fine. And I don't know what Ippon^2 is in the cup now...

I think that dede's questions and suggestions were not about "finding mistakes" but giving advice and pointing out things that the organizer forget to address.

Really, as I have seen more than enough, TS people can't take any critisism and always turn simple things and advices to big deals and arguing.

PS. Burn, I have heard that you have not been so true about things that you have written to this forum and about some things concerning playing in teams...
